Our appellate practice involves Aboriginal title and rights, treaty rights, constitutional law, consultation and accommodation of Indigenous jurisdiction, breach of trust or fiduciary obligations in the mismanagement of Indigenous lands and resources, expropriation of reserve lands, and upholding decisions of Indigenous governments.
We represent Indigenous groups that have an interest in legal issues raised by cases being heard before Canadian courts on appeal.
