Kelsey is honoured to apply her expertise in corporate / commercial law, accounting and finance to support Indigenous governments, economic development and not for profit entities. She advises on matters of corporate structuring, governance, trusts, and a variety of agreements and negotiations. Since joining Mandell Pinder, Kelsey has had the opportunity to support Indigenous clients in relation to many exciting initiatives, including relating to fisheries participation and management, land use and zoning, models of Indigenous corporate ownership and charitable giving, and the establishment of a conservation area in place of mining tenures.

Kelsey was called to the bar in 2010 and joined Mandell Pinder LLP in 2018 after practicing at a Vancouver law firm specializing in business law.
