Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, particularly section 25, in the context of the Dickson v. Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation decision. She will address questions related to how the Charter applies to First Nations, how section 25 works, the significance of section 28 in that context, and other issues raised by, and unintended consequences of, the decision.
