Kelsey is honoured to apply her expertise in corporate / commercial law, accounting and finance to support Indigenous governments, economic development and not for profit entities.  She advises on matters of corporate structuring, governance, trusts, and a variety of agreements and negotiations.  Since joining Mandell Pinder, Kelsey has had the opportunity to support Indigenous clients in relation to many exciting initiatives, including relating to fisheries participation and management, land use and zoning, models of Indigenous corporate ownership and charitable giving, and the establishment of a conservation area in place of mining tenures.

Our clients appreciate Kelsey’s pragmatic advice that is grounded in her finance and accounting background – she is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
