Profile

Sarah joined Mandell Pinder LLP after practicing as a corporate commercial lawyer with one of Canada’s national law firms. She advises clients on the formation and organization of corporate entities, governance issues, financings and economic development on and off reserve land. She has experience drafting corporate documents, negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts and advising on a wide range of contract and regulatory issues. She has also been involved in the negotiation and drafting of impact benefit agreements between First Nations and industry and has assisted with several major infrastructure project transactions.

Sarah is committed to assisting First Nations to reach their economic and social goals.
